Leftover bread, rolls, baguettes <> transfer to the freezer for half an hour.
Cut into small, equal cubes, and arrange on a tray with baking paper.
In a bowl mix: olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and any herb you like.
Cover all the cubes well.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and serve as an addition to soup or salad.
