Preparation instructions:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees

Mix finely crushed pretzels, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and melted butter…

Set aside 3 tablespoons for pie topping.

Spread the mixture on a 22 cm pie pan.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. Cool for half an hour before filling.

Generously spread 2 pints of slightly thawed salted caramel.

Spread the rest of the crushed pretzel mixture around the mold.

Transfer to the freezer for 90 minutes. Before serving, drizzle with maple or caramel sauce.
