  • 1 box Nature Valley Crunchy with honey or maple flavor
  • 6 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • cream
  • 1 container of sweet cream
  • 1 bag of melted marshmallows (8 minutes in the microwave)
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup thick hot fudge sauce (or Nutella spread)
  • preparation
  • Transfer the granola bars to a food processor until you get fine crumbs. Add melted butter and sugar until a uniform mixture is obtained.
  • Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 28-inch baking pan
  • Whip sweet cream, marshmallows and mascarpone cheese until light whipped cream is obtained.
  • Add half of this mixture on top of the crumb layer in the baking dish. Spread fudge or Nutella sauce,
  • Add the rest of the whipped cream, sprinkle the rest of the crumbs on top.
  • Put in the freezer for about two hours.
