Brownies with vanilla ice cream
For brownie cake:
Use the ready mix of Pillsbury according to the instructions.
Cool slightly, and spread slightly thawed vanilla ice cream on the counter.
Spread a nice layer of vanilla ice cream on the brownies and return to the freezer for two hours.
For an additional upgrade, you can sprinkle whipped cream or hot fudge on top right before serving…
