80 grams of melted butter
Mix well and spread in a mold
Pour over cheese mousse (as shown below) - Mousse Cheese:
500 grams of sweet cream
500 grams of white cheese 9%
3/4 cup sugar
1 instant vanilla pudding
Half a glass of milk
1 teaspoon of quality vanilla extract - Method of preparation:
Beat well until you get an airy and stable mousse – and put it in the fridge for about two hours before serving.
