2 slices of challah cut into cubes

1 egg

4 tablespoons of milk

½ teaspoon of cinnamon

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

To serve: maple syrup

Beat an egg in a bowl together with cinnamon, vanilla extract and milk

Put the challah cubes in a cup and pour the batter over them

Put the cup in the microwave for a minute and a half

Remove from the microwave and pour over maple.
